Revenue Generation Own and deliver monthly revenue targets through successful origination and closure of debt transactions via the Recur Club platform. Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Building Proactively identify and qualify new prospects through direct outreach, referrals, and the partner ecosystem. Meet 3 4 Founders, Promoters, or CFOs daily to pitch Recur Club s capital solutions. Develop a consistent pipeline of high-quality deals across priority sectors and geographies. Consultative Selling Understand client business models and funding needs to advise on optimal capital structures (e.g., working capital, venture debt, term loans, asset-backed financing). Build trust with finance decision-makers through financial insight, advisory-led conversations, and tailored capital solutions. Negotiate engagement terms, finalize platform commercials, and execute the Engagement Letter. Deal Execution & Coordination Oversee the deal journey from evaluation through financial due diligence to closure, coordinating with internal capital consultants, operations, and lenders. Drive urgency and maintain momentum across stakeholders to ensure timely deal closures. Experience: 3 7 years of experience originating debt transactions with emerging and mid-market corporates across various types of debt instruments. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial statements, credit metrics, and capital structures. Product Knowledge: Exposure to multiple debt solutions including secured and unsecured loans, revenue-based financing, and cash flow lending. Stakeholder Engagement: Proven track record of engaging with Founders, Promoters, and CFOs of both growth-stage and established businesses.
