Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with strong expertise in the Gurgaon real estate market. The role demands a confident, well-spoken, and target-oriented individual who can convert quality leads into closures and maintain a professional rapport with both clients and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage, qualify, and convert incoming leads into site visits and closures.
  • Maintain and regularly update the CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and progress tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.
  • Coordinate and follow up with clients for scheduled site visits and ensure smooth execution.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle – from lead nurturing to closing deals and documentation.
  • Stay updated on current inventory, market pricing, and developer offerings.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism, grooming, and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales (preferably Gurgaon/NCR).
  • Graduate/MBA with a deep understanding of sales, negotiation, and client handling.
  • Strong command over English communication; Hindi fluency is a plus.
  • Well-groomed, self-motivated, and committed to working in a performance-driven setup.
  • Must own a vehicle (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) for client meetings and site visits.
  • Ability to handle high-value deals, HNI clients, and professional correspondence.
  • Comfortable with 6-day workweeks, including working on Sundays (weekday off provided).
