Job Description: Greetings from the Zucol group! We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Task Manager. As a Task Manager, you will be responsible for allocating work to freelancers, ensuring reliable personnel for task completion, and making smart decisions to optimize workflow. Your role will involve managing meetings on Microsoft Teams, maintaining data in Google Sheets and MS Excel, and allocating work in different subject matters. Key Responsibilities: - Allocate work to freelancers and ensure timely completion of tasks. - Make smart decisions to optimize workflow efficiency. - Manage meetings on Microsoft Teams and maintain data in Google Sheets and MS Excel. - Allocate work in different subject matters based on project requirements. Skills Required: - Proficiency in Basics of C, C++, Python, Java, and MySQL. - Basic and comprehensive knowledge of subjects. - Good communication skills in English. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Teams. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple freelancers efficiently. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, suitable for both freshers and experienced professionals. The salary offered is up to 2.5 LPA along with additional benefits. The ideal candidate should be a smart decision-maker with strong coordination skills and be willing to work after office hours and late nights during peak seasons.
