Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Real Estate (Property Acquisition) located in Pune. The role involves identifying property acquisition opportunities, negotiating deals, managing relationships with property owners, and coordinating with legal and financial teams. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, prepare reports, and develop strategies for property portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property acquisition, negotiation, and business development
• Strong analytical and market research skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
