Business Development Manager (Real Estate - Mumbai)
On-boarding of new developers and servicing of existing ones. Maintaining Relationship with developers.
Responsible for the entire process from lead management, sales and business development to timely collections
Mapping of new clients and projects in designated function, acquisition of developers to ensure coverage across designated territory/vertical
Ensure service delivery, client retention and new project additions
Developing and maintaining of database, regular reporting & follow-ups
Listen to the needs of the clients, market intelligence, analytics and share insights with product and marketing team
Experience sourcing and managing real estate developers and having a good network in Market
Experience with PropTech or IPCs a must
Experience in B2B sales
Inter-departmental coordination
Possessing a sharp eye for detail and strong client service orientation
Possessing superior presentation skills
Excellent speaking and writing skills
Well-versed with Excel and CRM software
Ability to manage a large number of clients simultaneously
Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
