Job Description

You will be responsible for finding new clients by utilizing networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods. Your main task will involve calling prospective clients to understand their real estate needs and property criteria. Additionally, you will introduce and promote relevant real estate properties to potential clients and set appointments between clients and real estate agents for property viewing. In this role, you will need to maintain an accurate record of all calls and conversations in the CRM system. Conducting follow-up calls with potential clients to facilitate the closing of deals will also be part of your responsibilities. Managing the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and proper lead categorization is crucial for success in this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance. The schedule for this job is a morning shift, and performance bonuses as well as yearly bonuses are part of the benefits package. The ability to commute or relocate to Indore, Madhya Pradesh is required for this role. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales. Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication with clients. The work location for this position is in person.,
