Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The Business Development Manager will oversee client acquisition, drive revenue growth, and maintain strong client relationships to identify new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include building partnerships, creating and implementing strategic business plans, monitoring market trends, and conducting competitive analyses. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Strong abilities in Market Analysis, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Negotiation, Proposal Development, and Contract Management
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Knowledge of the geotechnical and geophysical services industry is highly advantageous
• Capability to work on-site with a focus on building and fostering client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in the construction, geotechnical, or engineering industry is a plus
