Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at Quadra, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the AWS sales team to develop and implement high-volume sales strategies. Your main responsibility will be to take ownership of the AWS business function, fostering strong relationships with OEM field teams and distributors for co-selling and co-marketing initiatives. You will engage with prospects to present the AWS/Progression Managed service proposition and work towards closing deals with the support of the technical team. Additionally, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to launch lead generation activities and manage customer technical interactions effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the AWS business function, establishing and enhancing business relationships with OEM field teams and distributors for co-selling and co-marketing initiatives. - Engage with prospects to pitch the AWS/Progression Managed service proposition and build a compelling case for closure with assistance from the technical team. - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to initiate and execute lead generation activities. - Facilitate and oversee customers' technical interactions, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), etc., in coordination with the technical team. - Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients to ensure sustained business success. - Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for enhancement, providing regular updates to the management team. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry. - Strong understanding of cloud solutions, particularly AWS services. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects and clients. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical departments. - Proficiency in analyzing sales data and deriving actionable insights. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in sales or AWS services would be advantageous.
