Job Overview

PROHED is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at our Gurgaon office. This is a mid-level, full-time position requiring expertise in lead generation, sales strategy, and B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing strategic partnerships and expanding client relationships in the ever-evolving digital marketing industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation, capable of employing various methodologies to attract and convert potential clients. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expert in devising and applying effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass business objectives consistently. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, with a demonstrated history of closing deals and building robust client relationships. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong skills in market research, able to gather and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs effectively.
  • Experience in pipeline management, ensuring the consistent flow of leads through different sales stages to conversion.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts concisely to different audiences.
  • Strong customer orientation with an emphasis on understanding and fulfilling client needs, leading to high satisfaction levels.
