PharmaOasis is expanding rapidly in the global market of OTC, Health & Beauty, and FMCG products. We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and take charge of international business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive worldwide sales of OTC, Health & Beauty, and FMCG products.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new clients, distributors, and partners.
• Manage existing customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business terms.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of proven experience in sales or business development (OTC, Health & Beauty, FMCG preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of both purchasing and sales will be considered a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage clients worldwide and achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
