We are looking for a seasoned and presentable Business Development Manager with strong architect and high-profile client networks. The ideal candidate should be capable of representing premium brands and driving business through deep specification selling, competitive analysis, and influencer engagement.
Leverage and grow a robust network of architects, PMCs, consultants, and developers
Drive brand preference at the BOQ/tendering stage of projects
Lead engagement with high-profile clients for specification and business conversion
Present product USPs confidently to clients and influencers
Conduct Architect and Builder meetings, product demos, and tech sessions with decision-makers
Conduct regular competitor benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities
Provide feedback to the product and strategy team for market alignment
Represent premium product lines in high-stakes meetings and industry events
Ensure the companys image and value proposition is clearly communicated to all stakeholders
Maintain and share weekly/monthly pipeline, conversion metrics, and competitor activities
Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and technical support
Experience in concept and specification-based sales is a must
• Excellent architectural network in key metro or target markets.
• Presentable, polished, and confident in CXO-level discussions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
• Demonstrates ownership and a growth mindset
• Capable of working independently and managing large-value projects
