EA To COO | Paints and Waterproofing

Role & responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution: Support strategic planning processes and ensure timely execution of key business initiatives across functions. Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Align and coordinate with direct reports (especially Sales Managers) to implement COO office priorities. Manage monthly and fortnightly review meetings with PAN India teams. Sales & Retail Operations: Track sales performance, oversee SOP adherence, and manage retail expansion metrics. Take ownership of tinting machine sales targets, installation timelines, and inventory compliance. Logistics, Supply Chain & Inventory: Support logistics optimization and depot expansions. Ensure timely deliveries across service points and monitor supply chain performance within TAT. Technology & CRM Management: Drive CRM implementation and ensure stakeholder adoption. Oversee system integration and updates across platforms like SAP, SFA, Painter App, Visualizer App, and Dealer CRM. Performance & Data Analytics: Prepare monthly MIS, dashboards, and business insights to support data-driven decisions. Analyse to improve operational efficiencies and reduce manual work. Collections & Compliance: Support O/S (Outstanding) control and recovery by working with relevant teams to achieve collection targets. Innovation & Efficiency: Identify and implement digital tools and technologies that enhance business productivity and operational effectiveness. Travel Arrangements & Appointments: Manage the COOs travel arrangements and appointments efficiently Preferred candidate profile Strong project management and execution skills. Excellent data analysis and reporting capability (Excel, PowerPoint, MIS tools). Understanding of supply chain, sales operations, and CRM tools. High ownership, ability to work under pressure, and a problem-solving mindset. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
