Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager OEM Sales (LED Lighting) located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with OEM clients, and driving sales efforts. Key tasks include market analysis, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, providing customer support, and preparing sales reports. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment in achieving business goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of LED lighting products and the OEM market
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and develop sales strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in OEM sales, preferably in the lighting industry
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Salary Is Upto 1 lakh
