  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.
  • Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully.

Key Requirements:

  • 8–12 years

    of experience in

    Business Development within the Recruitment/Staffing industry

  • Strong exposure in

    Permanent Staffing (must-have)

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to

    consistently achieve and exceed business targets

  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of handling Pan India business development.
