Role Overview
The International Event Sales Assistant Manager – Business Development (AM-BD) is
responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence through the
sales and promotion of international events. This role combines proactive sales,
business development, and event management, focusing on acquiring new clients,
nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of events across
global markets

Education Required
● Graduate or above
Skills Required
● For Freshers:
○ Good English Communication Skills
○ Decent Computer Skills (Email Software, Office Software tools, Use of
Social Media like LinkedIn)
○ Ability to Learn
● For Experienced Professionals:
○ Proven experience in international sales, business development, or event
management, preferably in a B2B environment.
○ Sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue
targets.
○ Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to build and maintain relationships across cultures.
○ Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention
to detail and the capacity to manage multiple events simultaneously.
○ Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
Salary Offered
● To Freshers:
○ Fixed Salary: INR18k to 25k In Hand
○ Variable (Incentives): 1 to 10% of Sales Revenue Generated
● To Experienced Professional:
○ Hike as per industry standard on last salary drawn
