We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth in the IT and digital solutions space. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand market reach. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills, along with a solid understanding of SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise software. The candidate should be open to frequent domestic & international travel for client engagement and partnerships.
Experience: 2+ YearsKey Responsibilities:
✔ Identify and develop business opportunities in the IT industry.
✔ Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.✔ Conduct market research and competitor analysis.✔ Drive sales initiatives and close high-value deals.✔ Customize IT solutions based on client needs.✔ Represent the company at industry events and global networking opportunities.✔ Travel as needed for business expansion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ 2+ years of experience in business development or sales in IT/software.
✔ Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud, or enterprise solutions.
✔ Proven track record in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.✔ Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (preferred).
