Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Conversion
Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads for admissions
Collaborate with telecallers and counselors to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions
School & Coaching Partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, coaching centers, and local influencers
Organize seminars, scholarship tests, and career counseling sessions
Market Expansion
Identify new localities or towns with high student potential and initiate outreach programs
Conduct field visits and community engagement drives
Event Planning & Execution
Coordinate promotional events, webinars, and parent-student meetings
Ensure strong turnout and post-event lead capture
Team Coordination
Guide and support marketing executives, facilitators, and outreach staff
Monitor performance and ensure alignment with business goals
Competitor Analysis
Track local competitors’ activities and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge
Reporting & Analytics
Maintain dashboards for lead tracking, conversion metrics, and outreach ROI
Present weekly and monthly performance reports to management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
