We're looking for a passionate and experienced English teacher to join our team, dedicated to teaching 9th and 10th-grade students. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in English literature and grammar, with the ability to create engaging lesson plans that foster a love of learning in their students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to 9th and 10th-grade students, covering literature, grammar, and composition.
2. Develop and implement engaging teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
3. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
4. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and discussion.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve student outcomes.
6. Stay up-to-date with curriculum changes and best practices in English teaching.
