Identify, research, and maintain a database of potential donors, including HNIs, CSR partners, and funding agencies, aligned with the organization’s mission and vision. Proactively pursue fundraising opportunities and mobilize resources to support organizational programmes. Design and implement strategies to retain and engage existing donors. Draft, submit, and share well structured proposals and concept notes with potential donors. Ensure the organization’s legal compliances and management policies are regularly reviewed and updated. Document the Trust’s activities through quarterly and annual reports. Build and maintain relationships with media houses to ensure visibility of the Trust’s initiatives and manage its social media presence. Collaborate with the team to prepare quarterly, half yearly, and annual budge t reports for various programmes. Work closely with the team to design and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns that enhance public awareness of the organization’s work. Plan, organize, and participate in events and networking opportunities with relevant stakeholders to strengthen partnerships. Contribute to donor reporting, coordinate with Programme Coordinators, and ensure programme outcomes align with donor expectations. Build internal team capacity by staying abreast of the latest developments in the education sector and conducting in house training and knowledge sharing sessions.
