We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven professional with a strong market research background to join our Asia Commercial Team as

Business Development Manager

. You’ll be a

for MMR in APAC—

designing and executing an outbound business development strategy

that identifies, engages, and converts high-value prospects into qualified briefs. You’ll also respond to inbound opportunities with a

client-centric approach

that empowers MMR to

stand out from the competition

.APAC remains a huge, untapped market for MMR. Armed with a portfolio of proprietary research, sensory science capabilities and strategic expertise that span the entire FMCG innovation process, you’ll be at the forefront of unlocking that growth.

  • You’ll be coordinating with other teams across Asia to identify patterns and opportunities for accounts with targets in multiple markets, share best-practices for outreach, and collaborate globally on proposals and pitches.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

💼 What You Bring
  • 5+ years in market research/consultancy, ideally in FMCG
  • Proven success in cold outreach, lead conversion, and proposal writing
  • Strong communicator with a commercial mindset and CRM fluency
  • Skilled in platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and Salesloft
  • Confident, self-starting, and target-driven
  • Able to partner with researchers to deliver superior client outcome
