Role Overview:

Business Development Managers

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities from brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop tailored presentations and pitch decks in response to client briefs.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and execution teams to deliver compelling proposals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets set by the management team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience

  in a

  advertising agency

• Deep understanding of brand campaigns, influencer marketing, event activations, and media strategy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong network of industry contacts in respective regions (FMCG, retail, lifestyle, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel and proposal creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Experience working with both regional and national brands.
