Business Development Manager Middle East

We are currently seeking a dedicated Business Development Leader to drive business expansion and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of the market dynamics of BFSI technology, particularly within the Banking industry in the Middle East. Experience in engaging with CXO level stakeholders in the banking sector and familiarity with major CBS players in the region is essential. As a team player with a sharp eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills, you will primarily be responsible for driving business development in the Middle East market. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of working across various geographies within the Middle East while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Key responsibilities include developing revenue strategies, creating account plans, and implementing business processes for dedicated account management. You will collaborate closely with our partners and clients across the respective territories to achieve revenue targets. A deep understanding of the IT industry ecosystem, technology players (such as Microsoft), and customer verticals is crucial for success in this role. Your ability to advise and influence customers, develop business needs, and create an ROI framework through consultative selling techniques will be instrumental. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven leadership skills in building and motivating high-performance sales teams. Utilizing a structured approach for identifying and measuring the quality of potential new business initiatives, you will proactively prospect in the territory to create opportunities and engage with top management level. By mapping out key players for potential new business initiatives and determining an appropriate sales strategy, you will contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization. This position is based out of India and requires a minimum of 5 years of Business Development experience in Global IT and Banking/BFSI with end-to-end sales responsibilities. Preferred experience in software solution sales, along with the ability to adapt to the dynamic market environment, is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a desire to delve deeper into data are essential qualities for this role. The ideal candidate should hold a B.Tech/BE and/or MBA qualification to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
