Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a refined understanding of premium furniture, materials, and design-led selling.

• Lead business development and revenue growth for luxury furniture categories including sofas, wardrobes, dining systems, and loose furniture.
• Build, nurture, and expand relationships with high-net-worth clients, architects, interior designers, developers, and key institutional partners.
• Identify new market opportunities, channel partnerships, and strategic collaborations to scale premium sales.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with brand positioning and revenue targets.
• Act as a product and design expert, advising clients on materials, craftsmanship, customization, and global design trends.
• Oversee showroom and sales teams, ensuring a consultative, high-touch customer experience from first engagement through closure and delivery.
• Track market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer insights, and present actionable reports to management.
  

• Minimum

  10 years of experience

  in the furniture industry, with significant exposure to

  luxury or premium furniture sales and business development

  .
• Strong understanding of high-end furniture products, materials, pricing structures, and customer expectations.
• Established network within the interior design, architecture, or real estate ecosystem is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities, with a strategic sales mindset.
• Candidates must be currently based in
