This is not just a sales role — it’s a strategic leadership position where you’ll work directly with the founder to expand Lusso’s footprint, form influential partnerships, and help shape a brand that blends elegance with exclusivity. What You’ll Do • Build long-term relationships with architects, designers, developers & HNIs • Drive business growth through premium partnerships & B2B sales • Design luxury-driven client journeys & ensure an exceptional customer experience • Represent Lusso at industry events, launches & private showcases • Collaborate on strategy, brand positioning & expansion planning You’re a Great Fit If You Have: • 8+ years in luxury retail, interiors, real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle sales • A sharp, elegant presence with natural charm & persuasion skills • Deep understanding of what luxury clients value & how to serve them • A strong professional network (and a passion for growing it) • Willingness to be based in or relocate to Raipur What We Offer: • Competitive fixed pay (5-10 LPA) + performance bonuses • Freedom to lead with autonomy and vision • A direct seat at the table with the brand’s leadership Ready to lead Lusso’s next chapter?
