Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with advertising agencies or film production companies and possess strong client management and market understanding. The role requires a proactive, business-focused individual who can align creative solutions with corporate needs and drive revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and convert business opportunities in corporate films, commercials, and creative marketing content.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, and corporate stakeholders.
• Develop proposals and coordinate with internal production teams for feasibility and execution.
• Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to understand scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to support strategic business planning.
• Present business pitches and creative ideas to clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly business targets.
• Represent the company at corporate meetings, industry events, and networking sessions.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of film production, ad filmmaking, and creative project execution.
