We are a fast-growing IT company specializing in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions tailored to [industry – e.g., manufacturing, retail, logistics, etc.]. Our mission is to empower businesses through digital transformation, delivering scalable and cost-effective ERP solutions that streamline operations and improve productivity.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects for our ERP software solutions. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, demonstrating ERP functionalities, and closing sales to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable ERP solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Finance Managers, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update CRM with sales activities and customer data.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep up with industry trends and competitor products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management systems.
  • Ability to understand complex software systems and explain them to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
