Job Description

Role & responsibilities

As a Sales Manager Support ,Build, nurture and manage a competitive, growth-oriented sales team

Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
Building a sales framework that can be replicated across the organization
Devising sales quotas, incentive plans and ensuring that quotas are met
Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of Direct Sales Team and inside sales reps
.
Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and plan realistic forecasts
Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing to improve the inbound funnel

Preferred candidate profile

Must have good knowledge of technology solutions and sales practices in the IT industry from the
Respective Region
.
Must have prior experience in selling complex solution. Preferably banking products/solutions.
Experience in BFSI vertical in Indonesia Region.
Should have strong relationship with Bank CISO/CTO, CXOs
Excellent listening and English written and communications skills, and negotiation skills to close/win deals.
