Business Development Manager / KAM Acquisition

You will be working full-time on-site as a Business Development Manager / KAM Acquisition (CASA Sales) at IndusInd Bank in Mumbai. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new CASA (Current Account Savings Account) customers, drive sales growth, and manage key client accounts. This will involve conducting market research, identifying potential business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your role will also include achieving monthly sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the client experience. To excel in this role, you should have experience in CASA sales and customer acquisition, along with strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management. You should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently to meet sales targets.
