Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive business growth by developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
Acquire new business through networking, referrals, and cold outreach, leveraging industry connections and the Jones RecruitZo brand.
Present recruitment service offerings effectively and demonstrate clear value propositions to potential clients.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine BD strategies.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, delivery, recruitment) to ensure smooth service delivery and high client satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in
Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Acquisition
within the recruitment or staffing industry.
Strong network of HR decision-makers and hiring managers.
Proven track record of generating qualified leads and converting them into active clients.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a service-based environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field/virtual client interactions.

Preferred Candidate from consultancy background.
