Business Development Manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
5–10 years of experience in sales/business development within the freight forwarding/logistics industry
Strong network and industry connections within the freight forwarding sector.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Extensive knowledge of freight forwarding, customs regulations, and logistics operations.
Proven ability to drive sales and revenue growth.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in freight management software and MS Office tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics
