As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include: - Having a sales background with a passion for luxury and design - Building and maintaining connections with Interior Designers and Architects (IDAs) through social networking at events and exhibitions - Experience in managing project business primarily in the residential space - Ability to comprehend and fulfill the requirements of interior designers and architects - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Dedication to achieving company goals and exceeding customer expectations - Self-motivated, persistent, action-oriented, and goal-driven Desired Experience & Qualifications: - 5+ years of relevant experience in design or luxury sectors - Undergraduate or Post-graduate degree in fields such as Business Administration, Design, Marketing, or CRM is preferred - Previous experience in handling project business through architects and interior designers Desired Background: - Demonstrates empathy, love, and compassion as core values, essential for leading the presented portfolio effectively - Strong belief in and practice of the organizational philosophy, values, and culture to reflect in daily interactions with customers,
