Business Development Manager- IT staff Augmentation

JOB TITLE: ALLIANCE MANAGER – IT STAFF AUGMENTATION & TALENT ACQUISITION Company: Orion eSolutions Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Mohali (Office + Frequent Travel)

Experience: 7+Years (IT Services industry experience is mandatory)

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Coverage: India + North America + Middle East

Role Overview We are hiring a strong client-facing Alliance Manager to expand IT Staff Augmentation partnerships and lead Talent Acquisition while also representing our AI Voice platform VoAgents.ai through demos and exhibitions across India & the Middle East.

A solid HR/Talent Acquisition background is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities 1 Alliance Development & Staffing Revenue •

Build & manage partnerships with: o IT consulting firms o System integrators o Tech startups & enterprises o Staffing agencies •

Identify client demand, negotiate commercials & deliver resources successfully •

Travel for client meetings, exhibitions & product showcases •

Meet quarterly revenue & client acquisition targets 2 Talent Acquisition | Delivery

Leadership • Lead a team to deliver skilled IT talent (Contract/Full-time) •

Drive proactive pipelines for niche technologies • Manage offer rollouts, onboarding, consultant performance tracking

2 Talent Acquisition | Delivery Leadership • Lead a team to deliver skilled IT talent (Contract/Full-time) •

Drive proactive pipelines for niche technologies •

Manage offer rollouts, onboarding, consultant performance tracking 3 VoAgents.ai Sales Support •

Conduct in-person & virtual demos for prospects •

Represent the product at events, expos & partner forums •

Provide proof-of-concept support & client onboarding direction KPIs & Performance Expectations •

10 New Client Accounts / Month (Staffing + VoAgents mix) Requirements •

8+ years in IT Services staffing / TA leadership roles •

Strong technical understanding: Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack, QA, Data, AI •

Excellent presentation skills — client-facing role • Ready to travel PAN India & Middle East frequently •

Added Advantage: HR Operations / HRBP background

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,891.54 - ₹65,201.85 per month
