About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing IT sales team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end sales, including cold calling, lead generation, client acquisition, demos/meetings, revenue generation, and team leadership. This role demands a proactive individual who thrives on achieving targets and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.Handle the entire sales cycle: lead generation qualification proposal client meetings/demos closure.Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.Drive revenue growth by targeting key verticals such as ERP, CRM, SaaS, or custom software solutions.Conduct on-site client visits and presentations across Ahmedabad and nearby regions.Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and negotiations.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.Manage and mentor a small team of sales executives/BDEs track performance, train, and guide to success.Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams for seamless onboarding and post-sales support.Maintain accurate records using CRM tools for reporting and forecasting.Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.4 to 8 years of experience in IT B2B sales with end-to-end sales exposure.Prior experience in handling and motivating a sales team is a must.Strong knowledge of the Ahmedabad market and nearby regions is preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-starter with a result-oriented approach and strong problem-solving ability.Willingness to travel for client meetings and demos.CTC Range: Competitive + Incentives (based on experience & performance)Why Join UsOpportunity to grow in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.Lead a growing team and directly impact the companys revenue.Friendly work culture with clear growth paths and incentives.
