Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager specializing in Interior Design, located in Gandhidham. The Business Development Manager will focus on building and nurturing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include market research, identifying and onboarding new clients, managing sales pipelines, collaborating with the design and manufacturing teams, and representing the company at industry events to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Understanding of Interior Design concepts, furniture trends, and market segmentation
• Strategic thinking and skills in Market Research and Opportunity Analysis
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage projects effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in the furniture or interior design industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools
