Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Business Development Manager – Inside Sales. The role involves identifying and creating new sales opportunities, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, closing deals, and maintaining post-sale engagement to ensure satisfaction and retention. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and ensure successful execution of client requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, prospecting, and negotiation skills with proven experience in business development
• Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and advertising strategies
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the technology or marketing industry is an asset but not mandatory
