Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune, with some work from home acceptable. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals. This role requires collaboration with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve service offerings.

• Experience in Business Development, Sales closing, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong skills in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Sales Strategy
• Ability to prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and close deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and industry trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
