We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to oversee quality check and assurance for our training and placement initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our programs and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality check processes for training and placement programs
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Collaborate with training teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Analyze data and metrics to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals to achieve quality and Organisation's objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, quality assurance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Travel to different locations as per the requirement of projects.
