Business Development Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities for

    Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Recruitment services

    in India
  • Identify and engage with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, channel partners, and networking events
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, and proposal discussions
  • Negotiate commercials, close deals, and ensure timely contract signing

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, HR Heads, and Procurement teams
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized service and pricing models
  • Coordinate with delivery, cloud, cybersecurity, and recruitment teams for smooth onboarding
  • Drive repeat business, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Track trends in

    Indian IT services, cloud adoption, cybersecurity compliance, and hiring demands

  • Identify opportunities in industries such as

    IT/ITeS, BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Startups, and GCCs

  • Support marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, and digital campaigns
  • Provide regular inputs on pricing, competition, and client expectations

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate data
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Work closely with leadership on sales forecasting and strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 4 - 6 years of proven experience in

    IT services sales / Cloud / Cybersecurity

  • Strong understanding of:
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Cybersecurity services
  • Recruitment & staffing models (IT staffing, contract staffing, permanent hiring, RPO)
  • Experience selling to

    Indian SMEs, Enterprises, Startups, and GCCs

  • Excellent communication skills in English (regional language proficiency is a plus)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven mindset with ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in Sales or Marketing
  • Existing client network in cloud or cybersecurity domains
  • Experience with outbound sales and inside sales models
