Key Skills Required:

Strong experience with Thales HSM (Hardware Security Modules)
In-depth knowledge of
cryptographic key management

HSM configuration
, and
secure key injection
Proficiency in
payment operations
on HSM, including
EMV, PIN translation, and key ceremonies
Solid understanding of Cryptography
Symmetric and asymmetric encryption algorithms
Key lifecycle management (generation, import/export, rotation, destruction)
Secure cryptographic protocols
Microsoft Azure Expertise
Experience with
Azure Payment HSM (powered by Thales PayShield)
Hands-on with
Azure Key Vault
,
Azure HSM integration
, and secure infrastructure design

Preferred Experience:

Candidates who have
directly worked on Azure Payment HSM
offerings
Knowledge of
PCI DSS compliance

FIPS 140-2/3
, and
global payment regulations
Experience working with
banks, fintechs
