About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Influencer Sales professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving impactful brand partnerships through influencer marketing, meme marketing, content amplification, and user-generated content (UGC). This role demands strong expertise in lead generation, client relationship management, and closing high-value deals while ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and connect with potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, and ContactOut.

• Drive brand partnerships across influencer marketing, meme marketing, content amplification, and UGC campaigns.

• Manage CRM (HubSpot) effectively to track contacts, companies, deals, and ensure smooth sales workflows.

• Execute cold calling and cold messaging strategies to secure new business opportunities.

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational growth goals.

• Maintain strong client relationships by understanding business needs and delivering tailored solutions.

• Ensure quick turnaround time in deal conversions and consistently deliver on revenue targets.

• Generate repeat business through strong client servicing and trust-building.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience in influencer sales, B2B sales, or digital media partnerships.

• Proficiency in lead generation and sales prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, ContactOut).

• Strong CRM experience, preferably HubSpot.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record in cold outreach.

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to align sales strategies to business goals.

• Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
