Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Inflow, your role involves understanding the ICT distribution ecosystem and having knowledge in key distribution processes. Your relationship with vendors and channel partners will be crucial, along with exposure in Cisco and all related products and solutions. You will need to be a target-driven individual with the ability to execute business development activities effectively. Additionally, having an appetite to learn new products and solutions, along with good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills is essential. Your key responsibilities will include aligning with vendor GTM strategy at a regional level, participating in the execution of demand gen, marketing, and channel activities to focus on incremental revenue. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, enabling, and growing business through partners. Working closely with Pre-Sales technical, channel managers, marketing, renewal specialist, and business operations to leverage the respective functions will be part of your role. Building and managing the funnel to increase the share of vendor business and engaging in commercial discussions with vendors and channel partners to close orders favorably are also key responsibilities. Achieving set targets in terms of revenue, profitability, and other identified KRAs is crucial to your role. In terms of qualifications, you are required to hold any degree and have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
