As a valuable member of the Inflow team, you will be required to possess the following skills and experiences: - Proficiency in social media marketing strategies, with a focus on driving engagement and brand awareness. - Industry exposure in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is preferred and will be considered an added advantage. - Experience in tele-calling and customer engagement to effectively communicate with clients and build lasting relationships. - Strong skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting, ensuring accurate and insightful information is provided for decision-making. - Proficient in email communication and campaign management to drive successful marketing initiatives. - Capability to generate and analyze transactional reports, providing valuable insights for business growth. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to internal and external stakeholders.
