We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager, whose objective will be to acquire new clients from Australia, New Zealand, UK and other markets as per strategy. We have clients across various industries. Job Description Developing and Implementing the Business expansion strategy by acquiring new clients Developing & Implementing City wise plans to penetrate each market to get maximum exposure to the market. Strategically acquire calls/meetings with various business owners/ managers to introduce and promote Idcrex and its services Implementation of various marketing activities Meet and work for the various key performance indicators as agreed with the management. Daily reporting of the agreed performance and achievements. Required Skills, Knowledge and Competencies At least one year of Sales/Marketing experience in any sector. B2B experience is a plus Excellent Interpersonal skills and communication skills Presentation Skills Good English Preferred Skills People Management Skills, Team Management Skills Training Skills Benefits . Basic Salary based on candidate profile Incentive- 5000- 90,000 or above based on your performance Recognition based on performance Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus
