Business Development Manager - Hospitality

Industry & Sector:

Hospitality / Hotels sales and commercial growth for chain and independent hotels, group and corporate segments. This role sits at the intersection of hotel distribution, revenue growth and B2B account expansion across India, focused on winning new clients, growing ARR and strengthening market share.

About The Opportunity

We are hiring an on-site Business Development Manager to drive hotel and hospitality sales across Indian markets. You will own new business acquisition and strategic account growth, engaging with hotel owners, revenue managers and corporate travel buyers to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.Role & Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify and convert new B2B hotel sales opportunities across corporate, MICE and group segments to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM; progress deals through discovery, proposal, negotiation and closure.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, draft contracts and close commercial agreements with hotel owners and corporate clients.
  • Manage key accounts to drive renewals, upsells and improved contract economics; act as primary client contact for commercial issues.
  • Collaborate with operations, revenue management and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing service execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback; create targeted outreach campaigns and account plans.
