We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager (8–10 yrs) with a mechanical/industrial background to manage site operations and drive growth
: • Mobilize manpower & machinery for on-site jobs (refineries, power plants, sugar mills, distilleries)
. • Ensure smooth execution of hydrojet & chemical cleaning services
. • Independently handle clients & build relationships
. • Identify & close new business opportunities (incentives on new business)
. • Be ready to travel/stay at sites when needed
.: • Mechanical/Industrial background (Degree/Diploma)
. • 8–10 years’ experience in industrial maintenance/site operations
. • Strong client-handling & execution skills
. • Based in or willing to relocate to Faridabad
