Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at our company based in Jalandhar, your role will be pivotal in driving our business forward. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute business strategies, attract new clients, and increase revenue. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing business strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue. - Promoting wellness and cosmetology services in the local market. - Building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Achieving monthly sales targets and providing regular sales updates to management. - Collaborating with the service team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. - Conducting market surveys and competitor analysis to improve business performance. To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum 12 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the wellness, beauty, or healthcare sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Confidence in sitting job work, client pitching, and consultation face to face. - A self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven attitude. - Willingness to complete a 15-day unpaid training in Chandigarh. The work timings for this role are from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday with alternate week off (1 day off and 6 days working).
