Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at our company, you will be based in Jalandhar and undergo a 15-day unpaid training program in Chandigarh before commencing your paid employment. Upon completion of the training, your salary will be determined and you will be required to commit to a 2-year company agreement. During the training period in Chandigarh, you will be immersed in understanding our company services, sales strategies, product knowledge, and client handling processes. Post-training, you will be stationed at our Jalandhar branch full-time. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing business strategies to attract new clients, increase revenue, and promote wellness and cosmetology services in the local market. Building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving monthly sales targets, and collaborating with the service team for smooth client onboarding and service delivery will be crucial aspects of your role. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 12 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the wellness, beauty, or healthcare sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidence in client pitching and consultation, self-motivation, goal-oriented approach, and willingness to undergo the 15-day unpaid training are essential requirements. The work timings for this position are from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday with an alternate week off of 1 day and 6 days of working.
