  • Develop and execute business development strategy focused on financial growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective clients.
  • Create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with group/chain of hotels to meet business targets.
  • Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to propose innovative business solutions.
  • Enhance feasibility of brand in hospitality sector
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, exhibitions and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Leading end-to-end execution of orders
  • Develop and Launching of new products
  • Manage and mentor business development / sales team members
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights
  • Work with internal teams to align product/service offerings with market demands.
