Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as a Business Development Manager based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and strategizing to expand market presence. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, devising sales strategies, collaborating with teams to meet targets, and providing excellent service to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management
• Experience in sales strategy, market research, and identifying growth opportunities
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for evaluating market trends
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the marble, construction, or architecture industries is an advantage
• Proficiency in tools such as CRM software is a plus
