Primary Objective:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management:

  • Achieve and monitor monthly and annual sales budgets, both in value (FJD) and volume (quantity).
  • Ensure continuous growth across all beverage SKUs, including Coke and Liquor lines.
  • Sales Truck Operations:

  • Manage three Coca-Cola sales trucks, including sales activities, route planning, truck loading, and customer visits.
  • Ensure all trucks are fully loaded with the complete range of SKUs and are sales-ready each day.
  • Assist the team with loading and counting to ensure efficient and timely dispatch.
  • Stock & Cash Control:

  • Monitor daily truck sales, stock reconciliation, and cash balancing in coordination with the Admin team
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of stock movements and sales data.

  • Market Development & Customer Engagement:

  • Visit retail and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs) customers regularly to promote the full beverage and liquor range.
  • Address customer queries promptly and implement solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Work alongside sales staff to improve in-store visibility and product uptake.
  • Merchandising :

  • Oversee the deployment of merchandisers and plan layout for coolers, shelves, and gondolas.
  • Ensure merchandising standards are maintained across all key accounts and retail outlets.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

  • Communicate and coordinate with the Coca-Cola BDM to align on sales strategies and marketing objectives.
  • Support and guide sales team with route management, customer coverage, and route optimization in Tonga.
  • Fleet & Operational Support:

  • Oversee the repair and maintenance of sales trucks; ensure vehicles are clean, serviced, and operational at all times
  • . Support general logistics operations, including container offloading and warehouse tasks, as needed.
  • Sales Support & Trade Activation:

  • Assist sales staff during market runs to increase product placements and SKU push in supermarkets and outlets.
  • Plan and execute product tastings and in-store sampling activities when required
  • . Facilitate the placement of Punjas product lines in shops and assist with order picking when needed.
  • Marketing & Brand Activation:

  • Engage in annual advertising and promotional planning for Company's products tailored to the local market. Identify and execute trade marketing activities to boost brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Qualifications and Skills:

    Total Salary in Fiji Dollars

    Company provides a Furnished Accommodation. Car, Electricity, Water, Medical

    Return air tickets from and to your home country to/from Fiji at the beginning and at the end of your employment.

    Visa, Work permit provided by company.
